1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using prep4mock (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

prep4mock provides mock tests for educational and preparation purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written permission.

3. Free Test Policy

Test 1 is available free of charge. Each user receives exactly one free attempt on Test 1. A second attempt on Test 1, or any attempt on Tests 2–10, requires a verified purchase.

4. Payment & Platform Fee

The 10-Test Bundle is priced at ₹200. A platform fee of 2% is applied at checkout and is labeled “Platform Fee” in all billing summaries and receipts. Prices are subject to change, but any active purchase remains valid.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, exam postponement or cancellation, or failure to utilize the purchased tests before any deadline.

We strongly recommend taking the free Test 1 before purchasing to ensure the platform meets your expectations.

6. Disclaimer

prep4mock is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) in any way. All IOCL trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners. Content on this platform is created for educational purposes and may not reflect the exact questions, pattern, or difficulty of the actual IOCL CBT exam. Always refer to the official IOCL notification for the authoritative exam pattern.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account. You agree not to share your account or attempt to create multiple accounts to circumvent the free attempt limit.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
